Mindfulness workshop – Manage stress to balance work and home life
Mindfulness is one of the best practices for immediate stress relief at work.
Work related stress and job burnout are among the leading causes of poor physical and mental health, with many workers suffering from anxiety, depression and exhaustion. To improve the health and well being of your staff and team, it is important to offer a calm space at work places and a guided mindfulness class.
We offer a simple practice which can help to bring calmness and peace within a very short time. Recent studies have shown that a regular practice of mindfulness can help to reduce stress, sleep well, improve confidence and inner strength plus bring balance and harmony to promote mental health and well being. Here, we offer basic tips to get you started on a path toward greater equanimity, acceptance and joy. Take a deep breath, and get ready to relax.
Also included in this workshop is a practical short sleep meditation for participants to take away and use if they choose.
